We’ve got sanity back into the market and home prices have come down. … I think that right now is the time just to get out there and find a house to move your family and children into with an FHA loan….That kind of stuff is pervasive out there and creates fear and a lot of anxiety amongst people who are either investors, people who are looking to buy a house, looking t o refinance a mortgage.
