Did they not realize that the income of people have to go up proportionately with the prices otherwise the buyers can not afford the houses….How could people have thought that the prices of houses will go up?…This was done with all the advises coming from various so called experts that historically house prices have never come down….People bid too much on the houses in the hope that the house prices will go up and they will be able to cash out….
