This is a far cry from the original asking price of $125 million. … It’s a shame this bill wasn’t introduced 7 years ago, much of the housing crisis may have been averted….For the months of January and February, house prices rose consecutively….

It would take a lot of money to do up, but house prices in our area are always pretty high because of the location, and at least it would give us some control over w ho we have as neighbours….
